SCOPE OF POSITION:

Work with product manager to translate customer needs and business requirement into system requirement and ensure a successful software solution delivery to satisfy product owner and customer’s expectations.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Works closely with product owner or client to ensure requires are captured, scope is controlled, and expectations are met.
• Works closely with team members to synthesize analysis into key features and develop actionable recommendations.
• Reads and understands project documentation; create and maintain high-quality business analysis artifacts, including specifications, requirements documents, user story, wireframes, etc.
• Establishes and maintains professional and positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders and team members throughout project lifecycle.

QUALIFICATIONS:

TECHNICAL/KNOWLEDGE:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required，overseas experience is preferred.

• 1 year analysis experience in software developing or enterprise software products.

• Good English skills in reading, writing, and communication.

• Good analyst basic skills (business case, use case, gap analysis, process modeling, requirement specification, etc.)

• Good interpersonal and effective communication with stakeholders and team members.

• Ability to participate in phone conference or other online conferences (Skype, Microsoft Teams, etc.) .

• Experience on healthcare process or products.

- Normal daily work aside from occasional customer site visits.

- May require prolonged sitting.
