  2 ，Objective of the job 工作目标 

Procure inbound direct materials with right quality, cost and delivery; responsible for tooling & moulds purchase

在保证质量、成本控制和交期的前提下，采购直接原料和工装模具。

  3 ， Roles and Responsibilities职责  

Set right materials procurement strategies according to different types of materials, including tooling & moulds

  根据不同类型物料（包括工装和模具）制定正确的物料采购策略。

Update and maintain relevant materials master data and relevant parameters in JDE. 

更新和维护JDE中相应物料原始数据和参数。

Select potential suppliers, make price benchmarking, and execute the supplier transfer process.  

选择潜在供应商，进行比价，并且执行供应商移交流程。

Help Global sourcing to do localization.

 协助全球采购实施本地化。

Release purchasing orders and ensure their closure properly.

正确处理采购订单和确保订单合理关闭。

Initiate and follow up the payment to suppliers. 

发起并追踪供应商付款。

Coordinate claiming suppliers for materials non-conformity.

协助有需要的供应商处理不合格物料。

Contribute to materials cost reduction.

协助降低物料成本。

Contribute to materials inventory controlling.

协助控制物料库存。  

Take other responsibilities assigned by materials manager.

完成物料经理交代的其他任务。

  4  ， Authority  权限

Collect and have access to all information necessary for carrying out assigned responsibilities and tasks

Have access to ERP, internal website and other necessary IT/IS systems.

收集和拥有执行指定职责和任务的所有必要信息的权限。ERP系统权限，内网权限，和其他必要的IT/IS系统权限。

  5  ， Requirement of the job  岗位要求

University degree or equivalent, engineering and mould related major preferred

 大学本科或同等学历，工程或模具相关专业优先。 

Minimum two years experience of buyer in a manufacturing company.

 2年以上生产制造行业工作经验。 

Experienced in ERP system such as JDE, SAP.

熟悉ERP系统，如JDE、SAP。

Good analysis and problem solving ability.

良好的分析和解决问题能力  

Good in English both in written and verbal.

 良好的英语听说读写能力。 

Good Microsoft Office skills.

 熟练使用办公软件。

Good communication.

  善于沟通。

Self-motivated and independent.

自我激励且独立。
