Major Task/ Activities 主要任务/事项：

• Elaboration from customer requirements to supplier in the QMS structure.
• Continuous improvement of supplier quality development process.
• Define and improve systems and tools to monitor and manage the proformance for key Supplier effectively and increase product predictability.
• Support Industry 4.0 initiatives in regards to quality related supplier interaction.
• Support the deployment of suppliers related to process improvement.
• Establish programs for quality sensors and gates to monitor supplier performance.
• Ensure communication flow of key learnings and improvement within the individual plants and functions in the organization.
• Quality inputs in AT&S commodity team and procurement category manager.
• Ensure changes from supplier side are correctly communicated, managed and executed.
• Act as a communication channel or as a contact window between the supplier and relevant internal and external customers towards the resolution of any reported queries, issues and concerns.
• Support, train and lead  supplier to actively work on quality topics with recognized methodologies.

Knowledge, Experience and skill/ competency and responsibility requirement  知识、经验和技能/能力和责任要求:

• Recognized technical education
• Preferably work experience in electronic industry
• Have board experiences in various quality standards and other international management system such as ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, and IATF 16949.
• Broad experience in quality standards  and core tools such as FEMA, MSA, 8D, SPC, ***.
• VDA6.3 auditor certification is an advantage.
• Sound experience in supplier management.
• Highly advanced IT skillls(Sharepoint, CRM, Excel, SAP QM, Minitab, Jump)
• Skills in data analytics.
• Fluent in English and Chinese(German and Japanese are a plus)
• Strong analytical  and communicational skills, highly motivating person, able to work with multicultural network
• Absolute willingness to travel for frequent on site visits.
