职责范围：Responsibility

-了解客户的需求，并根据要求搜寻候选人

-Understand customers’ needs and search for candidates

- 面试候选人，为客户写推荐评估报告

Interview candidates and write assessment reports

- 安排面试，进行候选人和客户间的沟通协调工作

Arrange interviews and coordinate and communicate with candidates and customers

- 帮助候选人与客户进行入职前的谈判，跟踪候选人入职后的工作情况

Negotiate with customers and candidates about offers and follow up with candidates after on board

具体要求: Requirements

- 本科以上学历.

- Bachelor

- 猎头顾问至少1年招聘或猎头工作经验。

- Consultant needs at least 1 years work experience within the recruiting /Headhunting sector

- 良好的沟通协调能力和表达能力

- Good at communication, negotiation and expression

- 高效，好学，努力，仔细

- Efficient, quick learner, hard working, detail oriented

- 能承受一定的压力

- Good temperament, can work under pressure
