产品形式、结构和规格：

1．一次性使用静脉留置针分为Y-A和Y-B两种型式的医疗器械。Y-A由护套1、导管组建I(导管2+导管座3）、针管组建II(针管4+针座5)、夹紧板6、延长管7、二通连接座8和肝素帽9组成；而Y-B型除了其延长管连接座II为三通结构外，还包括端帽10。

2．灵岩一次性留置针产品规格如下表所示/不同规格的产品以延长管连接座（即二通8或三通11）的颜色进行标识

灵岩一次性静脉留置针适用于外周静脉输液和血液样本的采集，留置时间不大于72小时。

一次性静脉留置针搬运及贮存要求：在搬运中应向上、轻放和防水；产品应贮存在相对湿度<80%, 无腐蚀性气体和通风良好的室内妥善保管。
