Cell culture on microporous membranes have been shown to promote differentiation of a variety of epithelial and mesenchymal cells in vitro, especially in the presence of ECM.

Quality Control:

Tested for ability to promote attachment and spreading of PC12 rat pheochromocytoma cells.
Tested and found negative for the presence of bacteria and fungi.
Collagen IV purity > 90% by SDS-PAGE.
